Prof Peter Hewett

Professor Hewett, MBBS, FRACS, has been a consultant colorectal surgeon at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital since 1993. He has had an active interest in the treatment of peritoneal malignancy with cytoreduction and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy. He has performed  110 (HIPEC) procedures. Professor Hewett has  developed and run  a novel curriculum for the Adelaide University Masters Course in Minimally Invasive Surgery. Since the inception of this Masters Course 30 students have successfully obtained this degree.
